Our refund policy
Items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 14 days from the date of shipment for a full refund to the original form of payment or a store credit for the full price of the item(s).
The item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and without any visible damage.
The total amount refunded will be credited to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling) once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and in original packaging.
Items that are ineligible for a refund:
• Returned after 14 days from the day you received the item
• Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@bigbellsdigital.com

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over € 75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
